Services are tailored to seniors in Thailand and aim to improve clarity and accessibility.

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time. We will notify affected users of material changes and provide options to continue or cancel where applicable.

Service availability may vary by location, staff capacity, and relevant professional licensing. We strive to maintain service continuity but may experience interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

To keep evoperson safe and useful for all users, follow these rules when interacting with our site and staff.

By submitting content you grant evoperson a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display the content as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit any content and for the accuracy of the information provided. evoperson is not responsible for user-submitted content that is false or unlawful.

If you request removal of user content, we will evaluate the request and remove or anonymize data when permitted by law and consistent with contractual or regulatory obligations.

All branding, materials, templates, and content produced by evoperson are the intellectual property of evoperson or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

• Do not copy or republish proprietary content from the site without authorization.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices.
• Request permission before using evoperson branding or materials for commercial purposes.

Some specialized services, document preparation packages, or attorney referral arrangements may be offered for a fee. Fees will be disclosed before purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Thai courts, except where alternative dispute resolution is agreed in writing.
